About
Hi, I am Tony Rollins, owner and operator of Rollins Certified Home Inspections. Having a college degree, coupled with my certified training and years of labor experience, I bring to you a inspector that you can truly count on.

Do you go on roofs and in attics?
Yes, Weather permitting we will get on every roof as we believe you can not get all the information needed from the ground. We also will get into all attic spaces and crawlspaces where there is access!
Do I need a home inspection if I am buying a brand new home?
We have found numerous large issues with new construction homes. For the majority, most systems are satisfactory, but given that the builders will make any found repairs, we do recommend the peace of mind the inspection will give you.
How long will the home inspection last?
Most inspections run approx. 2.5 hours, and you are welcome to join for the entire process.
Will you provide a bid for any repairs that are recommended?
No, as an inspector it is my job to give you a “snapshot in time” of what is going on in your home. An inspectors job is never to correct any issues found, but we can point you in the right direction of someone who can.
